Jeremy Hilton
Jeremy Hilton is a retired social worker, writer, poet, and composer of contemporary chamber music.
Between 1995 and 2012, he edited the radical poetry magazine, "Fire". He has 12 books of poetry to his name, and another one due in 2021.
Two of his String Quartets have been performed in concert.
He has completed 3 novels, one of which, "A Sound Like Angels Weeping", was published by Brimstone Press in 2013. The other two are unpublished.
At present he is working on a book-length piece of writing on Emin Pasha, and on his 5th String Quartet.
He lives in Bridport, Dorset, with his partner, the writer Kim Taplin.
